Be who you are.... and nothing else.

i remember the first time i had a coffee with Carrie Catherine. we hit it off right away. our conversations centered on being and believing in yourself.

yesterday at 5 pm Juanita and i trekked up to the 4th floor of an old building that her husband's company has been refinishing into lofts. in her own loft we photographed some pics for the release of her up and coming new album.

we had so much fun us three girls and

she was herself.
she came alive.

what a creative girl and she wasn't even singing to give me that feeling.

Family Time

family photos are a blast. especially when the children are at that curious age.
Tuesday night we shoot Ben, Angela and their adorable little girl..Renee.

we went to a park and let her run loose. she was having a ball and probably wasn't even aware that we were taking pictures of her.

Two Little Birdies and 3 Cute Kids!

yesterday we spent some time with Breanne , Joleen and their children as we
photographed some kids fall fashion for the store and advertising.
we had a blast and it was a challenge at the same time but between bubbles and treats we did okay keeping the kids amused.

Labor Day Thank Yous

i would like to start out by saying - thank you.
thank you to all those who make my life the way it is.
it's beautiful.

i know i sometimes forget to be thankful and i need to express it more.
life happens so fast and i am blessed with some much.
i never want to take that for granted.

thank to my husband for the lovely game of golf on Monday.
it was fun to be with you on the golf course again. you are my inspiration out there.

A Wedding in our Family

just after finishing our wedding package on Saturday, we were able to make it to the reception part of our cousin Wynona?s wedding.
it was great to see a bunch of family, to hear the speeches and witness the first dance.

Labor day weekend was the first time Juanita and i photographed two weddings back to back. what a blast - 2 weddings in 1 weekend for us was double the love, joy and happiness.

this morning i feel refreshed and uplifted. love is like a flower. a flower does not worry about it's circumstance ? it?s fragrance surrounds the environment no matter when it might be.

true love is such a gift? to those who give it, those who receive it and to those who are surrounded by it.
