today would be my grandmothers birthday, but she has been gone now for 6 years. cancer took her. but it didn't get the best of her. she was ready for death. time has gone by quickly, but i will not forget what she was like. humble. kind. giving and such a love for everyone. she was a wise lady.
a person can learn so much from those who have gone before us. it seems also that the older generation can tell us so much about dying quality. "simplicity."
we will not learn that for others however, until if we practice it in our own lives. there is happiness in simplicity. be happy with what you have and who you are.
this is a picture gramma left for me.it's an old brown and white picture that i scanned. this was gramma and her brother at a young age.off to take some pics. i will post them soon.
